Developed in partnership with 10 provincial and territorial governments across Canada, this six-week online micro-course explores what digital looks like in the Canadian government context and examines digital concepts such as agile and human-centred design. Through weekly lessons sent by email, participants will learn how to apply the culture and values of the digital workplace in their everyday work.
Digital in Practice
This course provides a high-level overview of the Government of Canada Digital Standards, which constitute the cornerstone of the government's shift to digital and to becoming more agile, open and user-focused. Participants will consider the positive impacts of the government's digital standards on the everyday work of public servants and explore ways to adapt to new digital realities and mindsets.

Modernizing Public Services for Managers
This course aims to help managers set the conditions for their teams to reflect on what "modern government" means for the public service and to shape their practices in line with the Government of Canada's Digital Ambition. Through a series of self-paced and instructor-facilitated learning modules, participants will take a comprehensive look at the Government of Canada Digital Standards (part of the new Policy on Service and Digital) and learn how to apply them to deliver better products and improved services.
