Developed in partnership with 10 provincial and territorial governments across Canada, this six-week online micro-course explores what digital looks like in the Canadian government context and examines digital concepts such as agile and human-centred design. Through weekly lessons sent by email, participants will learn how to apply the culture and values of the digital workplace in their everyday work.
Driving Change: A Playbook of Best Practices for a Digital Transformation
This online self-paced course assembles a playbook of best practices for digital transformation that focus on the customer, mobilize operational processes and sustain the employee experience during a period of change. Participants will learn about the underlying business models and digital platforms that power digital transformation, along with the leadership capabilities required to make digital transformation a reality.
Digital in Practice
This course provides a high-level overview of the Government of Canada Digital Standards, which constitute the cornerstone of the government's shift to digital and to becoming more agile, open and user-focused. Participants will consider the positive impacts of the government's digital standards on the everyday work of public servants and explore ways to adapt to new digital realities and mindsets.

Discover Digital for Executives
This course introduces public service executives to the Government of Canada Digital Standards and examines the impact of new and emerging approaches to doing business in a digital economy. While exploring the impact of digital in a government context, participants will experiment by taking small, yet concrete steps towards creating a digitally enabled work environment within their own organizations.

Building Digital Dexterity in Organizations
This online self-paced course provides an overview of how to build digital dexterity within an organization to ensure its readiness for potential business opportunities. Participants will be introduced to the four characteristics of a digital organization and learn about strategies to sustain a successful digital transformation.
Modernizing Public Services for Managers
This course aims to help managers set the conditions for their teams to reflect on what "modern government" means for the public service and to shape their practices in line with the Government of Canada's Digital Ambition. This online self-paced course provides an overview of the digital technologies that can be used to recruit, engage and develop new talent in a digital workforce. Participants will learn how to leverage key digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence and predictive analytics, to effectively manage organizational change and employee engagement.
CSPS Digital Accelerator Program
The program consists of a series of facilitated workshops, meet-ups, and events spread over a 6-month period designed to prototype a human-centred solution to a current business problem. Through a combination of practical interventions, peer learning, coaching and mentoring, participants will develop and apply design, product management, and Agile methods to address and advance a business problem faced by their organization.
