The program consists of a series of facilitated workshops, meet-ups, and events spread over a 6-month period designed to prototype a human-centred solution to a current business problem. Through a combination of practical interventions, peer learning, coaching and mentoring, participants will develop and apply design, product management, and Agile methods to address and advance a business problem faced by their organization.
Cyber Security Best Practices
This course provides an overview of the various cyber security risks and threats that may be encountered in our professional and personal lives. Participants will learn behaviours and strategies to mitigate these risks, such as choosing strong passwords, spotting and properly handling suspicious emails, and securing personal devices and social media accounts.
Cyber Security in the GC and Online Exposure
This course provides an overview of the cyber security landscape and the essentials of how to protect classified and sensitive information on Government of Canada networks. Participants will learn to assess their digital footprint and identify potential privacy threats associated with their online activities.
Developing and Supporting an Agile Mind-set
This online self-paced course explains the importance and benefits of developing an organizational culture that is agile and open to change. Participants will learn the characteristics that distinguish an agile mindset from a fixed mindset, and ways to encourage and build an enterprise that is responsive to change.
Digital in Practice
This course provides a high-level overview of the Government of Canada Digital Standards, which constitute the cornerstone of the government's shift to digital and to becoming more agile, open and user-focused. Participants will consider the positive impacts of the government's digital standards on the everyday work of public servants and explore ways to adapt to new digital realities and mindsets.

Digital Transformation Insights: HR and Talent Development Functions
This online self-paced course provides an overview of the digital technologies that can be used to recruit, engage and develop new talent in a digital workforce. Participants will learn how to leverage key digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence and predictive analytics, to effectively manage organizational change and employee engagement.
Digital-Era Government Reform: Keeping Pace with Global Leaders (Rebroadcast)
Participants will learn about the policy and management reforms that have enabled leading- edge digital governments to succeed in modernizing their operations, and emerge with an understanding of the possibilities and next steps for Canada's the federal government.

Discover Cyber Security
This online self-paced course helps to build a greater awareness and understanding of the reality of cyber risks by exploring common security vulnerabilities and cyber threats, such as malware, password attacks and social engineering. Participants will learn to recognize potential threats and how to protect themselves, their digital information and the systems they use.
Discover Digital for Executives
This course introduces public service executives to the Government of Canada Digital Standards and examines the impact of new and emerging approaches to doing business in a digital economy. While exploring the impact of digital in a government context, participants will experiment by taking small, yet concrete steps towards creating a digitally enabled work environment within their own organizations.
