Participants will learn the characteristics that distinguish an agile mindset from a fixed mindset, and ways to encourage and build an enterprise that is responsive to change.

This course provides a high-level overview of the Government of Canada Digital Standards, which constitute the cornerstone of the government's shift to digital and to becoming more agile, open and user-focused.
