The Aspiring Directors Program (ADP) is a guided development activity for identified candidates to reflect on the competencies that are critical to the success of executives in the federal public service. Participants will explore the importance of self-awareness and personal reflection in becoming a better leader, and examine the leadership and self‑management skills needed to build teams and become an effective agent of change.
Authority Delegation Training Program
The Authority Delegation Training Program (ADT) provides the essential information needed for managers and executives to successfully obtain and execute their delegated authorities in the areas of human resources, finance and procurement. Participants will learn about the core legislation, regulations, policies and guidelines that govern their roles and responsibilities within the federal public service.
CSPS Digital Accelerator Program
The program consists of a series of facilitated workshops, meet-ups, and events spread over a 6-month period designed to prototype a human-centred solution to a current business problem. Through a combination of practical interventions, peer learning, coaching and mentoring, participants will develop and apply design, product management, and Agile methods to address and advance a business problem faced by their organization.
Executive Leadership Development Program for EX-01 to EX-03
The Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) for EX-01 to EX-03 gives senior public servants an opportunity to deepen their leadership role in enabling innovation, fostering collaboration and delivering results for Canadians. Participants are exposed to real-world experiences and issues, with guidance from senior leaders.
Executive Leadership Development Program for EX-04 and EX-05
The Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) for EX-04 and EX-05 is a unique opportunity for participants to deepen their personal leadership in a trusted and well-integrated community of their peers. This is accomplished through interactive and experiential learning, both as a cohort and in small groups where various experts and leaders from public, private, non-governmental and academic sectors share their experiences and their perspectives on current issues.
GC Cloud for Managers and Executives Learning Path
The GC Cloud for Managers and Executives learning path was designed to give public service managers and executives the necessary foundation to support the Government of Canada’s transition to cloud computing as part of their respective organizational mandates. Modules in the learning path include core content and opportunities to apply new learning.

Materiel management practitioner
As a materiel management practitioner, you are responsible for managing the Crown's materiel assets, defined as all movable assets (excluding money, records and seized assets) acquired by His Majesty in right of Canada, including vehicles, equipment and furniture. The position entails ensuring materiel is planned, acquired, operated, maintained and divested in a manner that supports the delivery of programs and services to Canadians, while ensuring best value for the Crown.

Participants will learn how to efficiently manage their priorities, time and teams, and how to apply their new supervisory skills in the workplace.
