Media monitoring plays a critical role in understanding the information landscape to better inform organizational decisions. This course establishes the role of media monitoring in the Government of Canada and discusses the governing legislation and policies. Participants will obtain the foundational knowledge needed to conduct media monitoring duties with confidence and accuracy.
