Media monitoring plays a critical role in understanding the information landscape, revealing issues, trends and insights that can shape organizational decisions. This course introduces the role of media monitoring in the Government of Canada, and related policies and processes. Participants will gain the foundational knowledge and understanding required to begin performing media monitoring duties with confidence and accuracy.
