Description
The Vendor Performance Management program from Public Services and Procurement Canada is designed to strengthen the procurement process by capturing feedback on vendor performance. This online self-paced course for technical authorities explains how to complete a vendor performance management scorecard during an evaluation cycle by responding to surveys in the SAP Ariba online procurement system. Participants will learn how to navigate in SAP Ariba to complete and submit vendor performance management scorecards in support of timely vendor performance evaluations.
Topics include:
- access an open survey from an email invitation
- complete the scorecard attached to the survey
- submit the survey results to the buyer
- access a supplier performance management project and a completed survey from within the project
Notes:
This course is intended for technical authorities who are responsible for completing surveys for PSPC procurements that are subject to Vendor Performance Management (VPM).
