Description

An understanding of employment equity obligations and support for the wider goals of diversity and inclusion are crucial to recruiting a diverse and representative public service.

This informative event for human resources specialists will explore staffing options under the Public Service Employment Act that support the organizational diversity and inclusion objectives of the Employment Equity Act.

Participants will learn how to work with hiring managers to address employment equity gaps and how to set goals related to the recruitment of new and diverse talent.
