A new learning module called “Lesson 4: MyGCPay – Pay Web Application” has been added to this course. This new content familiarizes learners with the benefits and features of the centralized pay information within MyGCPay. If you have already received your certificate of completion, you do not have to redo the course. If you have not completed the course or if you were working on the course while the new module was being added, your progress will not be lost. You will need to complete the new module along with any remaining content to receive your certificate of completion.
Understanding the terminology, payments and deductions on federal government pay stubs can sometimes be confusing. This online self-paced course helps to decipher the information displayed on pay stubs made available through Phoenix, the Compensation Web Applications (CWA), and the newest web application, MyGCPay. Participants will learn to interpret common pay factors, resolve issues, and access centralized pay information.
