Creating and sustaining a culture of high performance in the Government of Canada is key to ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to Canadians. This online self-paced course, which is mandatory for managers and supervisors with performance management responsibilities, provides the information they need to fulfill their various roles and implement performance management principles and practices.
