Description

HR practitioners play a crucial role in allowing an organization to provide strategic guidance and make informed decisions on matters of human resourcing. This course is part 2 of a two-part course suite, which begins with the prerequisite Becoming a Strategic HR Practitioner: Fundamentals (COR118) (online self-paced), followed by Becoming a Strategic HR Practitioner: From Theory to Practice (COR128) (in person or virtual instructor-led).
