This online self-paced assessment provides public service executives with helpful guidance on exercising their delegated authorities through a series of multi-faceted scenarios that build upon the courses in the Authority Delegation Training Program. Participants must complete the scenarios, exercises and validation questions in their entirety to complete this assessment.
Topics include:
- functioning within the government's accountability framework
- reviewing the responsibilities and roles of executives
- leading and managing people
- procuring and managing public funds, programs and assets
Notes:

Completion of the previous Authority Delegation Training (G110), Modules 1 to 8, or other Authority Delegation Training equivalents, will also be accepted as prerequisites.
