Description
As part of their daily responsibilities, executives in the public service must make sound decisions in compliance with the key legislation and policy frameworks governing their delegated authorities. This online self-paced validation assessment provides public service executives with helpful guidance on exercising their delegated authorities through a series of multi-faceted scenarios that build upon the courses in the Authority Delegation Training Program. Participants must complete the scenarios, exercises and validation questions in their entirety to complete this assessment.

- reviewing the responsibilities and roles of executives

- procuring and managing public funds, programs and assets
