Description

Deciding to procure professional services, structuring the agreement, and managing the contract is a complex process.

This informative event will present best practices and strategies for navigating the procurement process in the federal government, as described in the Manager’s Guide: Key Considerations When Procuring Professional Services.

Participants will learn how to decide whether procurement is the best solution for their needs and how best to structure and manage professional service contracts.

A question-and-answer period will follow the main presentation.
