Description
Basic knowledge about access to information is necessary to properly process requests and protect personal information. This online self-paced course for employees who handle access to information requests provides an overview of the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act and outlines the steps to follow when receiving a request. By exploring different scenarios, participants will become familiar with the various processes and better understand their roles and responsibilities towards protecting personal information.
