Description
The proper management of information and data in government organizations is critical to sharing information effectively across departments, with external stakeholders, and with Canadian citizens. This online self-paced course outlines the stages of records and information life-cycle management and reviews information management activities that support programs and services in federal departments. Participants will learn about the different classification systems, advanced search and retrieval techniques and accepted retention and disposition processes.
