GCdocs is the federal government's standardized electronic document and records management solution. This online self-paced course introduces the many benefits of using GCdocs16 and provides an overview of its user interface. Participants will learn how GCdocs creates chronologically consistent records, streamlines information management, and enables a more open and accessible government.
Topics include:
- understanding the organization-wide benefits of shared drives
- creating an efficient information-sharing system with GCdocs
- exploring the GCdocs interface
