GCdocs is the federal government's standardized electronic document and records management solution. This online self-paced course demonstrates the search capabilities of GCdocs16 and how to access, modify and share documents using its search functions and tools. Participants will practise conducting a search and learn how to use keywords and filters to refine their search results.

• performing simple and specialized searches
• interpreting search results
• accessing, opening and modifying documents
