Description
GCdocs is the federal government's standardized electronic document and records management solution. This online self-paced course explains how to use version control and sharing functions within the GCdocs16 environment. Participants will learn how to track and view different versions of a document, lock versions to prevent deleting them, and share links to documents in GCdocs.

- understanding version control in GCdocs
- locking versions to preserve the document's evolution
- viewing older versions of a document
- sharing work by email using document links
