Description
GCdocs is the federal government's standardized electronic document and records management solution. This online self-paced course introduces the key functions of the new Smart View interface in GCdocs16. Participants will learn how to navigate to key areas of the Smart View landing page and harness its strengths as a workspace organizing tool.
Topics include:
- identifying the advantages of Smart View compared to Classic View
- switching from the Classic View to the Smart View landing page and vice versa
- exploring the Smart View icons
- performing basic functions and quick actions in Smart View
- working with the Properties page and the Favorites tile
