GCdocs is the federal government's standardized electronic document and records management solution. This online self-paced course presents the information security responsibilities of all GCdocs users and demonstrates how to manage permissions for folders, files and other items in GCdocs. Participants will learn about their obligation to identify information resources that may require more restricted access and to safeguard sensitive information appropriately.
