Description

As a key priority of its Digital Ambition, the Government of Canada is continuously looking for new ways to attract, retain and develop strong digital talent with the right skills, tools, and forward-thinking leaders.

This timely event comprised of various lightning talks will demonstrate the importance of taking a user-centered approach to problem-solving and service delivery. The event will show how digital leaders across the federal government are driving institutional change by developing the digital community across the GC with initiatives such as the GC Digital Talent Platform, onboarding and upskilling programs, and others.

Participants will leave with a better understanding of how recent progress is uplifting GC digital talent and, in turn, is earnestly improving digital service delivery.
