Description
Hailed as a pathfinder in applying a digital ethos to government, the Baltic nation of Estonia has achieved something most nations can only dream of: an efficient, secure and transparent online system through which 99% of its government services are delivered.
This event, intended for Government of Canada executives, features an esteemed delegation from the Estonian government who will share valuable examples of how governments can improve their digital infrastructure to securely and efficiently serve citizens. Additionally, the delegation will share their experiences with fostering collaboration between the public and the private sectors to find and remove regulatory barriers to promote digitally enabled innovation.
Participants will gain an understanding of how other governments have built public trust through effective digital solutions and simple, secure and scalable modern government services.
On-site seats are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
