As Canada faces a growing productivity crisis alongside rapid technological change and pressures on service delivery, understanding how artificial intelligence (AI) can help reimagine services is central to building a future-ready and adaptable public service.

This timely event features Joel Blit, Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Waterloo and a leading voice on innovation and technological change, who will explore how AI is reshaping productivity, labour markets, and public service delivery.
