Description

Rapid advances in artificial intelligence and digital tools are transforming how services are delivered and decisions are made across government. This course offers a practical learning experience to support executives in leading confidently through digital shifts and technology-driven change. Through facilitated discussion and active problem-solving, participants will explore how technology is reshaping government and how leaders can use tools, systems and levers to deliver better services, improve productivity and use emerging technologies responsibly.

Topics include:

  • examining leadership decisions through the lenses of technology, data, people and culture
  • assessing the enabling conditions that influence the success of digitally enabled initiatives
  • identifying concrete decisions, behaviours, and focus to enhance individual leadership impact in digital contexts
