Ideation and conceptualization are important steps in developing well-designed products and services. This online self-paced course provides the knowledge needed to run productive, useful, and equitable ideation sessions that will lead to solutions for identified problems. Participants will learn practical methods for generating, evaluating, and refining new ideas into practical products and services that positively impact the people using them.
Topics include:
- creating actionable "How Might We" statements
- generating ideas through collaborative brainstorming and brainwriting
- improving ideas using the SCAMPER method
