Design thinking is an iterative process for understanding problems and defining solutions through testing and prototyping. This online self-paced course explains how to define problems through design thinking strategies, including how to reframe problems, brainstorm solutions and use prototypes. Participants will discover best practices in user testing and gathering feedback toward enhancing their problem-solving skills.
Topics include:
