This online self-paced course provides an overview of the Government of Canada’s service landscape, including which services are offered, who they serve, and how service delivery supports the government’s mandate. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of public services offered by the Government of Canada, how these services are evolving to meet the changing needs of the digital era, and their own role in service delivery.
