Description
Adopting artificial intelligence (AI) rapidly and responsibly is presenting complex challenges for public sector leaders. This course serves as a virtual and interactive seminar for executives on what it takes to adopt new AI technologies and take the actions required to enable an AI culture change in the workplace. Through thoughtful discussion and by learning from experienced leaders in this field, participants will reflect on how AI-driven change impacts people and which leadership behaviours and change-management practices can best support them within Government of Canada realities and accountabilities.
Topics include:
- assessing readiness for AI adoption
- identifying leadership actions that enable culture change
- supporting teams through uncertainty
- strengthening capacity for responsible AI adoption
- improving service and program delivery through AI
Notes:
This course is delivered as a virtual seminar and is available exclusively for employees at the EX level.
