Description

Employees who know how to work in a cross-functional team can improve the team’s chances of success by bringing together diverse perspectives, experiences and expertise to help develop innovative and user-centred products and services.

This first event of the series, featuring Ayushi Roy, a product management expert from the U.S. government, will highlight the benefits and challenges of working as a cross-functional team in a government context.

Participants will acquire practical advice and useful strategies for working effectively as a cross-functional team.
