Design research is essential to the development of human-centred products and services that are intended to meet the needs of their users.

This fourth event in the series invites experts in the field to highlight the benefits of design research, discuss how to synthesize and leverage data, and introduce common methodologies for conducting data-driven, user-centric research in a public service context.

Participants will learn about the essentials of design research and applying best practices that are evidence based and derived from reliable user data through the learned experiences of the panellists.
