Description

The CSPS Digital Accelerator Program is a team-based, hands-on learning experience that provides an opportunity for public servants to explore real business problems faced by their organization through collaborative, open, human-centred and iterative ways of defining problems and prototyping solutions.

This event will showcase the work undertaken by eight teams from six departments that have completed the recent cycle of the CSPS Digital Accelerator Program, including user-centred solutions that were developed and insights gained along the way. Teams focused on internal- and external-facing challenges and solutions, including optimizing onboarding experiences, updating internal processes and forms, redesigning websites, and tailoring learning programs for impact.

Participants will find inspiration for how to potentially solve their own service or product challenges by learning from these teams and their experiences.

Presentations will be made by teams from the Canada School of Public Service, Indigenous Services Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, Environment and Climate Change Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency, and Public Services and Procurement Canada.
