Description

The 2024 GC Data Conference took place February 21-22, 2024, with the theme of "From Insight to Foresight" and explored the future of responsible AI in government, the progress made for service delivery automation, and the implementation of human-centered design.

This event features Shoshana Zuboff and Jim Balsillie from the eighth annual GC Data Conference who discuss the evolving global landscape of data-driven business models, ethical and civic considerations surrounding data extraction and exploitation, and the collaborative efforts required to navigate the profound changes shaping our future.

Participants will enhance their awareness and understanding of the increased value and power of data over the past four decades, and why data is a critical resource to governments and the private sector.
