Description

Artificial intelligence tools are advancing fast and impacting how work is done, how decisions are supported and how organizations operate. For the federal public service, deployment of these tools requires that AI is implemented securely and responsibly to enhance workforce capacity and improve service delivery.

This event will explore how the Government of Canada is advancing its adoption of artificial intelligence through Shared Services Canada’s AI Program, highlighting how secure, sovereign AI foundations are enabling trusted solutions across the public service, including the latest developments in CANChat, the government’s new generative AI assistant tool.

Participants will get an in-depth look at how CANChat and other tools and initiatives are being implemented to support policy analysis, service delivery, communications, project management and more. The event will also build participants’ skills to confidently and responsibly use today’s generative AI tools while preparing for advanced agentic systems of the future.
