Description

The Government of Canada is actively exploring the potential use of verified electronic documents, such as certificates and awards. These types of digital credentials can help reduce administrative costs, support employee retention and career development, and improve record keeping.

This event will reveal the many possible uses of digital credentials specifically in the Government of Canada, and will feature departmental representatives who will share the results of their digital badge pilot programs, which are being used for employee awards and recognition.

Participants will learn about the benefits of digital credentials and will find inspiration from the work of others in this area.
