Public service managers have an obligation to apply the core values of the public sector in their decisions, behaviours and work environments. This online self-paced course helps managers to better understand the foundational concept of values and ethics, and how to apply it when dealing with conflicts of interest, ethical dilemmas, harassment situations and other issues of workplace well-being.
