This online self-paced course introduces the foundational public sector values and ethical behaviours presented in the Values and Ethics Code for the Public Sector. Through informative exercises and scenarios, participants will learn how to identify values and ethics principles and how to integrate them into their work routines and practices.
This online self-paced course helps managers to better understand the foundational concept of values and ethics, and how to apply it when dealing with conflicts of interest, ethical dilemmas, harassment situations and other issues of workplace well-being. Through practical exercises and case studies, participants will identify, discuss and apply the key principles and policies related to values and ethics in the public sector.
