In the performance of their duties, public servants are expected to be able to communicate precisely and spontaneously in their second official language. This online self-paced course reviews vocabulary in English as a second language that relates to four common topics used throughout the public service: project management, performance at work, client service, and values and ethics. Participants will put their new vocabulary to the test by completing suggested practice activities at the end of each topic.
