Description

2SLGBTQIA+ employees in the public service should feel empowered to share their own stories. Through storytelling, we can foster a sense of belonging and create a supportive community that celebrates diverse narratives.

This event will demonstrate the power of personal storytelling as queer public servants share their valuable insights on how owning personal narratives can promote belonging and foster important conversations in government departments and agencies.

Participants will gain valuable storytelling tips and learn from others on how sharing their story can positively impact inclusivity in the workplace.

This event is hosted in partnership with the Public Service Pride Network.
