Description
Fostering a culture of allyship is a key to improving diversity, equity and inclusion across the federal public service. Empathetic and active allies are instrumental in creating a work environment where folks of all identities can thrive.
This engaging event will feature 2SLGBTQIA+ employees and allies representing diverse intersecting identities as they discuss allyship in all its forms as well as strategies for creating safer and more inclusive workplaces where everyone belongs.
Participants will discover the importance of fostering a culture of allyship to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the federal public service.
