Thank you for registering for International Women’s Day: Women in Leadership. We encourage you to submit questions or scenarios you’d like to see addressed during the discussion.

International Women’s Day recognizes and celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women and girls. It also raises awareness of the progress made towards achieving gender equality. The Government of Canada's theme for International Women's Day in 2025 is Strength in every story.

This insightful event will bring together women leaders from across the Government of Canada to share their unique and inspiring journeys at the various stages of their careers, along with practical tools to foster the success of the women around them.

Participants will gain insights into navigating their own careers, and learn how to build a more empathetic, equitable and inclusive workplace culture.
