Description

In Canada, Gender-based Analysis Plus (GBA Plus) is a foundational tool for developing effective policies, programs and legislation. As expectations for equity, transparency and measurable results continue to grow, strengthening its application across government is essential to addressing systemic barriers and advancing inclusivity.

This dynamic event will explore the evolution and impact of GBA Plus in the federal public service, highlighting the critical role of disaggregated data in supporting rigorous analysis. Through real-world case studies, speakers will examine how best practices in GBA Plus have strengthened program design and improved outcomes.

Participants will gain practical insights from concrete examples and increased confidence to apply GBA Plus in their work, supporting more equitable outcomes across government.

This event is presented in partnership with Women and Gender Equality Canada.
