Description

Gender identity is a fundamental aspect of who we are, yet many remain uncertain about how to navigate conversations around pronouns, inclusive language, and respectful interactions in the workplace.

This insightful event will explore the lived experiences of gender-diverse individuals and the perspectives of allies in fostering inclusion. The discussion will focus on the impact of affirmation, the challenges of misgendering, and the collective role in creating respectful and inclusive workplaces.

Participants will learn how to respond constructively to mistakes as part of a workplace culture where everyone feels respected, valued and supported.
