Anti-Black racism remains a systemic issue in many workplaces. This online self-paced micro-course begins with a short video scenario depicting a Black public servant’s experience with systemic racism and its impacts, followed by reflection questions and resources. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how systemic racism can affect career advancement and the mental and physical health of Black employees.
