Anti-Asian racism remains a systemic issue in many workplaces. This online self-paced micro-course begins with a short video depicting a workplace scenario of anti-Asian racism and its impacts, followed by reflection questions and resources. Participants will learn how to recognize anti-Asian racism and demonstrate allyship to counter it in the workplace.
