Regardless of the role or size of an organization, all employees can play an active part in fostering inclusion at work. This online self-paced course presents an overview of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and helps advance the integration of meaningful and impactful EDI practices in the workplace. Participants will learn about the key characteristics of EDI and how to adopt practices for building and sustaining a healthy and inclusive culture at work.
