Description

The Government of Canada continues to promote workplace inclusion by identifying and removing systemic barriers that limit equitable participation. This online self-paced course provides the foundations for understanding how history and systems have shaped power and privilege in Canada along with how they have impacted today’s workplace. Participants will acquire the knowledge needed to serve others with fairness, awareness, and accountability.
