Description

Highlighted in the Many Voices One Mind: A Pathway to Reconciliation report, improving cultural competency is an important stepping stone towards improving the work experience of Indigenous employees in the federal public service.

This insightful event will explore the topics of inclusion and well-being in the workplace by identifying the barriers, lived experiences, and solutions underway to support Indigenous employees.

Participants will gain practical strategies for fostering a workplace that supports cultural safety, equity, and mutual understanding, while building trust and empowering Indigenous employees to succeed.
