Description
The Supervisor Development Program: Virtual Edition will be archived on April 1, 2025. Consult the program’s web page to learn more.
Time management and task delegation are essential skills for any team supervisor. This course provides an opportunity for supervisors to learn how to manage their time and priorities, as well as their level of stress. Participants will learn different strategies for managing their work and examine the variables that influence delegation in both virtual and non-virtual settings.
Topics include:
- applying strategies for managing time, tasks and priorities
- learning to delegate better
- focusing on stress management and well-being
- building confidence and trust in others
Notes:
This course is part of the learning path for the Supervisor Development Program: Virtual Edition (SDPv). Certification for the SDPv must be assigned by a departmental Training Coordinator or Learning Coordinator. Course registration is reserved for the participants of the Supervisor Development Program: Virtual Edition (SDPv).
