Description

Leadership is a journey, not a destination. This course provides an opportunity for participants to present their leadership journey and the lessons they learned during the Supervisor Development Program (SDPv). Participants will be invited to share their thoughts on how they intend to apply their new-found leadership skills in the public service of the future.

Topics include:

• describing the SDPv leadership journey to peers
• determining ways to apply the tools and techniques learned throughout the SDPv
• planning for a continuous leadership journey

Notes:

This course is part of the learning path for the Supervisor Development Program: Virtual Edition (SDPv). Certification for the SDPv must be assigned by a departmental Training Coordinator or Learning Coordinator. Course registration is reserved for the participants of the Supervisor Development Program: Virtual Edition (SDPv).
